After over a decade of encouraging designers and labels to think outside of the box A Bathing Ape founder and owner Nigo will be stepping down from his "head honcho" role. He will still remain Head Designer and majority owner of Nowhere Co. Ltd (Bape's parent company)but will no longer have the title of President and Director of the company. This is surprising considering how much Nigo put into this amazing brand. It has become a lifestyle among the streets of Tokyo and has taken the states by storm. It will be interesting to see where the brand is headed.
