Karl Lagerfeld loves change – this also applies to jewellery. Hence it comes as no surprise, that he is fan of the REPOSSI design house’s ERE collection. One often sees him with charming accessories such as rings, cravat pins, pendants, …. all skilfully made and a treat for every man. Here they are stylishly worn by model Baptiste Giabiconi. The collection is a conscious recollection of Byzantine, Greek-Orthodox motifs – only without the incense cloud and religious ballast. Jewellery lover Karl photographed the attached motif for the prestigious label. ERE is made up of designers Gaia Repossi and Eugénie Niarchos, friends from playschool days and, as one can see, blessed with the same sense of style. Gaia is the fourth generation of the Turin-based Repossi house and heir to the jewellery house’s boutiques in Monaco and at the Place Vendome, Paris.-GOSEE
